Coordinator notes: Elaine! I blew it on this one. Upon closer examination, this is a spanking fresh females Taxiles Skipper, not Clouded Skipper. They are similarly marked with swaths of violet scales, but yours has white along the hindwing costa like Taxiles whereas Clouded has three white dashes along the forewing costa, which yours lacks. That's my bad for jumping to conclusions.
