Coordinator notes: Once it is in the system, I am going to change this ID to Scada zibia, Zibia Tigerwing or Little Yellow Ticlear (Swift Guide). I'm learning more every day! This species needs a red line along the white dots on the wing border and Scada zibia does not. Otherwise they are the same.
