Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Weather: Sunny. Temperature in the low-mid 90's with humidity at 80% making temperature feel in the low 100° range. Behavior; Two moths darted in alongside Tiger Swallowtail Butterflies to the Lantana flowers and zoomed back and forth from Lantana to Bee balm. They fed from the flowers for approximately 35 mins before leaving. They even pushed aside butterflies at times to get to particular Lantana flowers. They were very rapid, aggresive fliers and appeared to feed heavily but from preferred flowers for minutes at a time before zooming away to where a butterfly or hummingbird was before returning to the same flowers again and again.
