Observation notes: It was on the pavement. I got a piece of paper to slide under it to transport it to safety. It raised its wings and vibrated them a bit. Didn’t really want to fly. Moved it to a darker location via the paper, but then it slowly flew to a spot on the lighted wall of the building about 6 feet up. Keys in photo are for a 94 gmc suburban
