Observation notes: This was found on our apple tree that we pruned in early March. It wasn't there at that time. We don't know what it will be and hoped you could tell us what type of butterfly or moth we have. The weather has been warmer than normal for our area so we don't know if this is normally when this type forms a chrysalis.
