Observation notes: Sunny day, 70 degrees, slight breeze, several blues hovering out over the water, too far for a decent picture. This one was resting on the ground, would crawl to a new spot and rest a while then move on. Seemed reluctant to fly, but could, and did, after I had my pictures.
