Observation notes: A few other blues and skippers were active in area. Alpine - above tree line vegetation. Elevation about 12,200'.

Coordinator notes: Thanks for giving detailed locality and elevation as it was very much needed to place this blue. It is not a Square-Spotted Blue as it lacks checkered wing fringes and the lines and spots below differ from Euphilotes blues. This should be subspecies alpicola.-Ken Davenport
