Observation notes: sixty three at 1030 photo 1040 partly cloudy skies, slight breeze off and on mostly calm. lots of bunch grasses in area and other grasses. warming up on rocks.saw others later in day on sugar bush for nectar. shots were blurry. rain about five days prior. warmed up to low 70's lots of butterflies painted lady's queens, cloudless sulphur c. blue, northern skipper, calif. patch , gph, sleepy orange, lots of dainty sulfurs , one buckeye, white checkered skipper,and others
