Observation notes: This specimen was observed in the same area with 3 other individuals. Flying along lake shore in patches of Salix sp.. L. archippus was observed at Deer Flat NWR several times this year beginning in early June. Three voucher specimens reside in the Deer Flat Reference Collection housed at the Orma J. Smith Museum of Natural History, College of Idaho, Caldwell, ID.
