Coordinator notes: Its not Colias philodice which is not in the west and its not Colias eriphyle, the Western Clouded Sulphur, formerly believed to be a philodice. Note the orange on the forewings....another possibility is that Colias occidentalis can be orange and that species is in Jackson County that the only place I have personally found that species: yellor or orange is in the Ochoco Mountains in Oregon but also near Mt. Nebo, Utah.-Ken Davenport
