Observation notes: Three individuals on Honey Mesquite branch which was showing leaf damage.

Coordinator notes: Very interesting. I have no idea what this is. It hides very well on the mesquite branch. Catocala, perhaps? Most Catocala caterpillars remain undocumented (there is a species page in BAMONA, however). Anyway, that's only a wild guess. I'm placing this in the "Cannot Identify" queue, and I sincerely hope someone else can provide an ID. JRains. I also have no idea, but 'll go with Barry Nall's ID via facebook and let the chips fall where they may.
