Observation notes: Fluttering along roadside ditch below cliff, then settled on dead twigs and other w
Western Red Cedar debris to sip something. Parker Creek turnout along NF-3010 road. Elevation is approximately 3,100 feet. Habitat: Small, riparian roadside waterfall with mossy rock faces along shoulders of road both directions from the waterfall. Edge of mixed conifer and deciduous forest, deciduous shrubs and perennials. Sunny in the afternoon, shady in the morning.
