Observation notes: In Meadow on milkweed, partly sunny. Hot and humid also severals males in area soon to chase this one around. Most common species was pipe-vine swallowtail some frits, one skipper, one hairstreak, one or two monarchs, also tiger swallowtail. Silvery Checkerspots and a crescent and one dusky. Seemed like three sizes of frit. lots of violets none still blooming. These were amazing to see as this was the first time for several of these butterflies.
