Observation notes: I saw this caterpillar outside today (it's 86 degrees with a lot of humidity) being carried by a funny looking wasp across the ground. I grabbed a cup and was able to trap the wasp carrying the caterpillar. After a few minutes I picked up the cup and the wasp flew away, but it left the caterpillar behind. I'm unsure at the moment if the caterpillar is dead or just paralyzed by the wasp. Still looking into that.
