Observation notes: in large, pristine open tamarack/spruce bog. observed on an unknown grass/sedge. other plants in vicinity were typical northern WI bog plants (leatherleaf, bog rosemary, pitcher plant, sundrews, etc.)

Coordinator notes: I know this looks a lot like a Haploa sp. but the hairs are all wrong for this genus.
