Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I think this is right. The variety and number of moths is always a spectacle to behold each morning, I’m pretty fortunate to have access to such a rich ecosystem. Next year I hope to get a generator to check out some areas east of town that have large oaks. I do have a few photos from this morning of the two, I’ll add a rejectable sighting with those attached. Most of the one sheet is covered, but it’s nothing like I’ve seen from sheets in the tropics or the Asia-Pacific regions.

Coordinator notes: I tried an all-nighter last night and this morning. Lots of smaller moths but not a great variety although I did get one that seems rather interesting.
