Observation notes: Temperature building to 90°. Thunderstorms coming. Night low had been 61°. Very skittish of any motion even 10’ away. Initially sunning on granite stairs. Fluttered unevenly to bare ground 5’ away and resumed opening and closing its wings. Then took off, siding to 8’ to 10’.
I thought it had spooked but it circled the 60’ X 15’ tree enclosed grassy side lawn and returned to the same stair.
