Observation notes: Near Espinosa Trail in the Cleveland National Forest. Sunny day in the 70’s F. Note the thin black margins and the olive green shading. I don’t think this is Orange Sulphur Spring Form Ariadne since there was no orange color on this butterfly.

Coordinator notes: It may be harfordii and that species does occur in that area, but I would need to see the whole upperside to evaluate,,,there are known yellow Colias eurytheme to rule out as well...Ken Davenport
