Observation notes: Observed flying and alighting on a stone along the dirt roadway, and probably basking. We were impressed by its very small size for a Duskywing.

Coordinator notes: Rene, afranius should have a few white spots on the FW, but I do not see any on this individual, making it either Sleepy or Dreamy. Habitat points to Dreamy. I appreciate you mentioning the small size, which is nice to know in this group, but small size can also be a response to a poor larval diet and does not rule out Dreamy. if you have other photos to share for this individual, I'm happy to have a look and reassess.
