Observation notes: Observed flying and basking along trail near Frijoles Creek in ecotonal area of Narrowleaf Cottonwoods, Ponderosa Pines in valley and pinyon/juniper on east facing hillside at approx. 6,050 ft. elev. This may be a new species record for Sandoval County.

Coordinator notes: Alas, this is not a new record for Sandoval County, but it is the first one in a long time and a new species for the east side of the Jemez Mountains - an eastward range extension for this latitude. Nice work, Rene!
