Observation notes: Sunny, temperatures in the mid-80's, and very windy. This butterfly was seen on Achillea (Yarrow) in an area with lots of Ponderosa Pines as well as Douglas Firs.

Coordinator notes: Correct Sally....we don't get many record for the Pine White, probably because you don't get them on flowers very often. I always liked the clean look and lines on this butterfly, nice when fresh like this one. Mike
