Observation notes: Light wind, specimen was very still for a long period of time leading me to believe it was not alive until it flew away. The temperature was warm yet cool. I spotted this specimen in the cottage lake area of Woodinville WA off NE 185th Place. There were no more of it's kind and I have never seen one before or since this day.
