Coordinator notes: Appears to be this species, based on comparison of the photo in the Powell & Opler book, Moths of Western North America (Pl. 63.26 on page). An introduced species to fight Leafy Spurge invasion in native parts of British Columbia to begin with, the text in this book on pg. 246 says the range has reached "....northern Wyoming" but the book is now 11 years since printed so it may have expanded its range much farther south in that time period. I called it a "migrant" but it could very well now be an established resident. Mike
