Observation notes: Found on a wooden boardwalk. It was "looping" its way along. Sorry for the poor photo, but hoping the odd structures on its back will be helpful. Found on a walk in the woods at Devils Lake State Park in south central Wisconsin. Sunny day, quite warm...85.
