Observation notes: Caterpillar seen on potted pineapple sage plant. Nearby plants: curly willow tree, heuchera, sedum repestre. Saw it on the plant earlier in the day on the same leaf, but it wasn’t until the evening when I noticed it had shed its skin and took this photo. No indication that it had been eating the sage. Sunny day, high of 19C.
