Date notes: It was 1999--and photographed on film, so I don't have an exact time. I would estimate mid-afternoon. I took the Marine Blue--and Crab Spider to the park's Visitor Centre and they kept the butterfly for their collection.

Observation notes: Found while checking Sweet Clover flowers along a lane at Point Pelee National Park. The Crab Spider was holding the butterfly's wings spread or I probably wouldn't have noticed it.
