Observation notes: We found this caterpillar lying in our driveway, gently moved it to the grass with a leaf. We have a silver maple and large oak tree that it may have fallen from, but unsure of how it suddenly appeared. State Nebraska, city Omaha. It was warm and had significant rainfall.
