Observation notes: Monarch caterpillar eating Milkweed, there are currently 8 others on this particular plant, 3 being about the same size as the one in the picture and the other 4 being about half the size. In addition to the Milkweed plants we also have the following plants in close proximity, Russian Sage, Kobold Gayfeather, Stokes Aster (Honeysong Purple), Echinacea and Butterfly Bush
