Observation notes: This caterpillar was found on the flowers of New Jersey Tea. Most of the other flowers were already well past peak bloom.

Coordinator notes: Given the food plant documented in this sighting, New Jersey Tea (Ceanothus americana), I now think this is unlikely to be Callophrys augustinus. BugGuide has useful info that indicates this is much more likely to be C. serotina - see https://bugguide.net/node/view/45798 Thanks to the reviewers who caught this.
