Observation notes: The caterpillars were feeding on leafy spurge in the road ditch. I saw more on leafy spurge further down the road, but none on flowering spurge nearby. There were also others crawling on the road. It's been in the low to mid-80's the past few days and partly cloudy with 10-15 mile per hour winds.
