Coordinator notes: This is a scale-worn Western Green Hairstreak, one of three species of green-colored hairstreaks in Jefferson County. This is not a commonly seen species in Colorado, so nice job documenting it! I would highly recommend suggesting this photo for the BAMONA photo gallery, as this species is not well-represented in the gallery.
