Coordinator notes: We have Weidemeyer's Admiral here that is often referred to as the "White Admiral" (Limenitis arthemus) although that species occurs much farther north. *****By the way....regarding the last sighting of yours I identified as the Great Spangled Fritillary (Carpenter's) that would represent a new county record....I notice the date on this sighting (and I think another of this same butterfly) is July 25 also so did you by mistake put Conejos County, Colorado on that sighting by mistake and you really meant Archuleta County, Colorado??******Mike
