Observation notes: Temperature overnight in St. Augustine, FL dropped to around 48 F degrees, so moth was very sluggish in the morning as it was sitting in a partially exposed area next to house and shrubs on a rusty metal antique milk jug stand. Stayed for several hours so I eased my hand up next to it to make sure it was not injured and it stepped in my hand. Later in the day it took flight and appeared to be quite healthy.
