Observation notes: Moth feeding on Beggarticks (Bidens alba) adjacent to refuge road. Flowers averaged 2 to 6 inches above ground. Moth preferred flowers closer to ground.
Weather: Temp: upper 80s F, wind east 5 to 10 mph, partly cloudy. Based on flower dimensions, wingspan of moth estimated at 1.5-2cms
