Observation notes: The Moth was absolutely still the whole time I observed and photographed it. At first glance, it looked like a clutch of leaves that had gotten caught on the rough, stucco wall of a home in the 1600 block of Heights Boulevard, Houston. The Moth was resting about 2 feet off the floor in a protected space, on an exterior wall near the front door.
