Observation notes: Quite a large skipper. Rows of white spots on both FW and HW, sorry pix is not in sharp focus but hopefully enough to confirm. Nectaring on ornamental Clerodendron in Botanical Garden.

Coordinator notes: Very hard to distinguish from several Skippers like Little Glassywing when out of focus. Fortunately. This captures the fact that the FW are elongated and observer noted it is large. So I believe that confirms the ID.
