Observation notes: She was on a concrete walkway/bridge as I was walking from a parking lot into my building for work this morning. I assume she is dying, to be in such a high-traffic location at such an hour. Afraid she would be mistaken for a leaf and stepped on, I managed to get her to flutter off the sidewalk out of the way. She responded to my nudges with a leaf by fluttering, but she appeared unable to fly.
