Observation notes: I found this moth perched on the sidewall of my car's front passenger-side tire (east side of car), flexing its wings. The day was sunny, somewhat breezy and 81 degrees F. The moth wasn't leaving, so I coaxed it onto my finger and gently deposited it in the nearby lilies. After spending a couple minutes in the lilies, it flew away.
