Coordinator notes: There are no known records of Eastern Tailed Blues in that county and see Warren's Colorado State Museum book on Oregon butterflies. Based on ranges of variation, it would likely take collected specimens with visible field marks to verify an Eastern Tailed Blue from Marion County. Your photo does not look like Eastern Tailed Blue ssp. sissona which also occur in California and which I have in my reference collection-Ken Davenport
