Observation notes: hot mid 80's clear chaparral sage oak scrub with meadows saw lots of hill toppers with these 20+ of these dog fighting with several other species such as dusky, pale swallowtail, ladies west, painted american also red admiral. bramble was present but not fighting except other of same. sara flew by possible desert has been seen in area?
