Coordinator notes: Looks like a day-flying Apaema species (Noctuiidae) but it does not match to any identified in my reference collection and is not shown in the Powell-Opler book "Moths of the Western United States." The observation can be sent to Chuck Harp or Paul Opler - they may be able to identify it. Mike
