Observation notes: Came into our house in the evening, just after dark fell. My cats were very interested. He landed on a few items out of the way (behind the door, on a shelf) kind of like he was trying to hide. His eyes reflected red in the light and they were flat, not rounded. Didn't seem terribly afraid of the humans. Finally let me get him out again. Lovely creature. I was more concerned about getting him out safely, sorry I didn't get a better picture. My house is right off a small ox bow lake, next to some thick woods. We have had several days with rain in the afternoon (sometimes a lot). This was the first completely dry day in at least a week.
