Observation notes: Very common (only males confirmed). Males frequent the riverbed, particularly attracted to patches of moss. Otherwise flying along the roadside very low (about two feet high). Ceanothus was very common but no females confirmed. Partly cloudy. Altitude 2,500' - 3,000' MSL.
