Observation notes: Sunny mid 80F, decided to perch in afternoon after patrolling and was hesitant to pursue passerbys. Only had its wings fully spread for a couple seconds after landing, hard to approach due to many grasshoppers flying around with every step. This was the best angle I could get. I have more pictures which show size better if you want them.
