Observation notes: It loves my purple sage (what it is on in the picture). I haven't seen it on or near my milkweed. There were at least 2 on my plant when I was trying to take a picture. Weather was in the 70's that day, and dry. When I disrupted the plant, they would fly around for a bit before landing again. When on the plant, they just sat there.
