Observation notes: Mid 60's, slightly cloudy, some wind. They were found in very dry area full of Buckwheat. Unsure of species of Buckwheats. Very active, flies around open area without landing for a while.

Coordinator notes: The key to ID here in this photo is that the red aurora on the hindwing is continuous where as in the Dotted Blue the orange aurora is broken up into individual lunules. Bernardino is on Eriogonum fasciculatum most of the time; Ken Davenportenoptes usually on E. nudum-Ken Davenport
