Observation notes: Sunny afternoon. Butterfly was visiting blackberry blossoms. Not sure whether the yellow is from pollen ... most of the 'whites' in the area don't show the yellow cast.

Coordinator notes: Yellow can belong to either seasonal forms or subspecies and likely has nothing to do with food, at least not from adult butterflies going to nectar-Ken Davenport
