Identification: Forewing brown; inconspicuous gray shading in pm. area and apical half of terminal area. No prominent markings. Hindwing brown.
Wing Span: 1.7-2.5 cm.
Life History:
Flight: May-August.
Caterpillar Hosts: Elms, hickories, lindens, maples, oaks, Prunus species, and other trees and shrubs.
