Subfamily: Larentiinae
Identification: Frons and vertex (top of head) white, with a black line between them. Forewing white mottled with pale green and gray. Pm. line fine, sharp, usually complete, angled sharply at discal spot and curving evenly inward below that bend. Hindwing grayish.
Wing Span: 2.1-2.8 cm.
Life History:
Flight: April-June.
Caterpillar Hosts: Sheep laurel and conifers.
