Observation notes: Warm, sunny afternoon; temperature about 85 degrees Fahrenheit. In a span of 2 1/2 hours, sightings of butterflies included four or five instances of Monarchs, two instances of Queens and four instances of Pipevine Swallowtails. All but this specimen flew high over trees and shrubs.
